Receptionist/Front Office Assistant
The H.L. Turner Group Inc., a Concord, NH based inter-disciplinary Architectural & Engineering firm, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and energetic Receptionist/Front Office Assistant for our fast paced firm.
We seek an applicant with excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills who is self-motivated, willing to advance their proficiency, able to work independently, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines. Attention to detail and a pleasant and professional demeanor a must.
Qualified applicants will have strong receptionist, secretarial, and word processing skills. Duties include: answering phones, greeting clients, errands, copying, filing, processing of mail, shipping, and faxes; proofreading and editing outgoing documents; as well as providing front office coverage in the absence of the Administrative Manager.
Additionally, this position supports the Finance and Marketing Departments. Finance duties include entering accounts payable, general data entry, reconciling bank statements, and purchasing office supplies. Marketing efforts include support with proposals, mailings, and PowerPoint® presentations.
Ideal candidate has 2+ years related experience. Education: Minimum requirements include an Associate’s Degree, working knowledge of Microsoft Word® and Microsoft Excel®. Experience with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Publisher® is a plus.
