The Turner Group completed a detailed evaluation of the age, condition, and remaining life expectancy of the K-8 Auburn Village School facility and site, as well as the identification of systems that need repair, upgrade, or replacement.  Additionally, we  verified compliance with existing codes, identified future needs, and created a cost breakdown of all necessary replacements and improvements.  Areas for evaluation included but are not limited to:

  • Code compliance
  • Deferred maintenance
  • Potential hazards
  • Operational issues
  • Compliance with model depreciation/replacement schedules where appropriate.

 This report serves as the basis for the school district’s master plan and is a key resource for budgeting, maintenance scheduling, and  planning for future renovations, additions, and other facility improvements.
