The Town of Hill had outgrown the capacity of its existing elementary school and needed more space for both students and faculty to be comfortable.

After several studies and design concepts, the Hill Town Office Building, located next door to the elementary school, was converted through renovations and an addition into a larger elementary school for the town.  Municipal offices were then moved to the old elementary school.
