The City of Concord, NH hired the Turner Group to conduct Facility Condition Assessments at multiple locations, totaling approximately 450,000 square feet at 35 different sites.

 Facilities include municipal office spaces, libraries, public safety buildings, public workshops, and community centers.  Building ages span from 1910 to 1990, with the majority of buildings being over 40 years of age.

The facilities assessment includes building systems and equipment including: site, exterior and interior systems; fire/life safety issues; HVAC, electrical and plumbing; as well as code and ADA compliance.  The assessments also include identification of investment priorities and will support predictable funding for capital renewal over the next 20 years.
